Memorable Internship Experience at Ruangguru Foundation

On November 29th 2019, I finished my internship as Content Analyst Intern at Ruangguru Foundation (known as Impact Department at Ruangguru). 

I did three projects, namely Google Inspire, "Beda Itu Keren" and MIT Phase 3. On Google Inspire, I learned how to write quickly that I made 24 lesson plans in less than two months and also made designs concept for teachers' online training. Not only became a Content Analyst, I also became a Project Officer. By becoming a project officer, I learned much knowledge, such as how to make social media content, reach the marketing team and monitor the engagements for students from the dashboard, which made me learn how to analyze quantitative data.

On "Beda Itu Keren" project, I was requested to be an actor for a video. It increased my confidence to act in front of the camera and polish my acting skill. I also learned about video making. What a pleasure! On MIT Phase 3, I wrote 5 storyboards for 5 days. It was the most stressful weeks on my last two weeks in Impact Department but also the most excited weeks since it was my first time writing storyboard for video content. I also want to say thank you to Kak Reza Mardian (as my user) and Kak Niken Larasati (as Impact Manager). It is an honour for me to be coached by Kak Reza. He always pushes me to be more active and braver. He also taught me how to use problem solving method in every case that I had and to focus on our goals. There are lot of messages that he said, but one that I remember the most:

"I don't want you to be an intern who just helps this company--or me. I want you to be more that that."

He is friendly but sometimes he makes me insane. He nominated me as "Intern Terdatar" (The Flattest Intern) because I rarely gave respond while he told exciting story. I take it as a compliment, Kak. Although you are really infuriating, I am gonna say my biggest gratitude to you for everything that you did to me. I learned a lot from you.
